Institute of Music Pedagogy Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 54 702 353 811) provides the course. The founding piano cohort begins in February 2027, with ten weeks of live online learning and a two-day intensive in Sydney in April 2027. Exact dates and session times will be confirmed. It includes 40 core hours, materials and six assessed projects with written feedback, plus ten founding-cohort group tutorial hours valued at $1,500. Places are limited to 30. Completing the course does not automatically award accreditation or a diploma. IMPA assesses five MTA(NSW) domains; you apply separately for accreditation and pay its fees. AMEB qualifications are examined and charged separately. Results depend on your work and circumstances; no particular examination, accreditation or income outcome is guaranteed.

The supported cohort is one payment of $4,400, or 12 monthly instalments of $400 ($4,800 in total). Self-study is one payment of $3,000. Private study is one payment of $15,000 for 50 individual hours across 12 months. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. If you choose instalments, you authorise monthly charges until all 12 payments are made; instalments continue after the course finishes. Your first $400 monthly payment is your deposit. Book a 20-minute call with Anthony. If the course is not right for you by the end of that call, the first payment is refunded and remaining instalments are cancelled. Materials are released after this refund window closes.

After the deposit refund window, fees are not refunded for a change of mind. If you choose instalments and withdraw, the remaining instalments are still payable. If we cancel or postpone the course, you can choose a full refund or a place in the next cohort. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If circumstances beyond our control require changes to session times or faculty, we will tell you promptly and the course content will stay substantially the same.

Live sessions are interactive; recordings are available for seven days. Teachers within 100 km of Sydney must attend the intensive in person; a remote alternative must be agreed in writing before enrolment. Six assessed projects are submitted once each by their published deadlines, with written feedback and no resubmissions. Extensions must be agreed in writing before the deadline. You may present work in progress and seek feedback during tutorials. Platform access dates will be confirmed in the final terms. Self-study includes preparation materials, six assessments and one year of MTA membership, without live sessions, the intensive or tutorials; the submission period is to be finalised. Private study includes 50 hours across 12 months; unused hours lapse, and lessons may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.

Course materials are for your own professional development. You may use worksheets and handouts with your own students, but must not otherwise copy, share, resell or redistribute materials without written permission. Before recording students for assessment, obtain written consent from their parent or guardian, or from adult students themselves, and follow child-safe practice. Teaching recordings are used only for assessment. The proposed deletion period is six months after results; this and platform access dates will be confirmed in the final terms. Course materials are released after the deposit refund window closes. Downloaded materials remain available for your permitted personal use.
